AT LEAST A 30% DOWN PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. THIS DOWN PAYMENT ACTS AS THE CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED AND YOU AGREE TO ALL OF MY TERMS OF SERVICE. A down payment ensures I have transaction security and the means to access out of stock materials for your commission, and it will be used for this purpose. Because your down payment goes straight to the materials for your commission, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! A down payment is how your commission is locked in, and should not be made unless you are absolutely certain you want to proceed with ALL future payments and receive your commission. If you wish to pay more than 30% down or in full, this is encouraged, as your commission will be started the moment payment is completed!

 

I do offer short-term payment plans! Payment for your commission can be completed over 45 days in any amount of increments. At least 30% down is still expected, and failure to complete all payments before 45 days after the initial down payment also results in the cancellation of your order. You will be refunded any additional payments you have made to the 30% down if you miss the deadline to complete payment in full, but not the 30%.

 

Please note, your commission will not be started before it is paid in full. THIS INCLUDES COMMISSIONS ON PAYMENT PLANS!!!

 

Depending on the complexity/price of your commission as well as extenuating circumstances, the payment period can be extended past 45 days, however this will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

 

Once your commission is paid in full and finished, then it will be prepared for shipping! Shipping will be calculated through USPS (or another postal service of your choice) postage price calculator based on the specs of the packaging (weight, size) and is expected to be paid at your expense, after l ship your commission and send you tracking info! Shipping cannot be accurately estimated before completion and shipping of your order, however the usual cost is expected to be $50+ for heads, $150+ if your suit has multiple pieces (bigger box) or is outside the US. Shipping confirmation documents and tracking information will be forwarded to you once your commission is shipped!
