Repairs/refunds

By commissioning me, you automatically receive a 90 day warranty (starting after your commission is shipped) for your commission should anything need a repair!

 

This warranty guarantees FREE suit repairs on any initial damage that occurred from shipping or use. (Including but not limited to loose/popped seams, loose ears/teeth/tongue/jaw, issues with fitting/size) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE REPAIRS FOR EXTENSIVE OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGE! Including but not limited to: improper cleaning of your suit (machine washing/ heat damage), unsuccessful altercations, or fur dyeing/cutting.

 

To ask for a repair, you must be within the warranty period for your suit as well as give specific examples of what kind of repair(s) you need using text description and picture examples. I will NOT accept repairs unless you have run them by me BEFORE shipping your suit back to me. I don't pay for shipping for a repair sent to me, you'd have to pay this if you want a repair, but I will pay the shipping to return your suit back to you once the repair is complete. During the repair process, you will receive WIP updates of the repair in the same way you did during the initial construction.

 

Repairs outside the warranty period or not covered under the warranty will not be done for free.

 

Your warranty may be voided at my own discretion.

Refunds are under no circumstance given for completed commissions!!! This includes if your order has not yet been shipped! I offer very involved WIP updates, and because of this, at no point should your commission be something you weren't expecting or didn't want.

 

Refunds can be given to commissioners whose orders are not yet completed, however the 30% down payment is never refundable. A refund amount for the remaining 70% will be granted based on the amount of work completed in hours.
